Your investment in AINSYS primarily consists of two things:
‍Monetary: The monthly fee you pay for the tool.
‍Time: A minimal time commitment to set up the system and review its performance, typically around 20-30 minutes to get started.

‍What AINSYS can guarantee:
We guarantee that our AI-powered cold outreach system will be set up and operational quickly, allowing you to start prospecting with personalized, validated outreach messages. This means you will have a functioning cold outreach funnel in place that saves you months (or even years) of time compared to building a similar system from scratch.
We also guarantee that the system will help you generate leads, validate prospects, and manage outreach at scale.
If you are unsatisfied after using the system, we will refund your last month’s payment, no questions asked. If the tool hasn’t been used at all, we will happily refund more of your unused time.

‍What AINSYS cannot guarantee: While we can guarantee that you’ll receive a fully functioning, AI-powered outreach funnel, we cannot guarantee sales or new clients from the leads you generate. The effectiveness of the outreach depends on many factors beyond our control, such as:
‍Market conditions: Shifts in the market that may affect response rates.
‍Your offer: The attractiveness of your product or service to potential customers.
‍Prospect engagement: Whether your prospects choose to engage with your outreach efforts.
‍Sales follow-up: The quality and consistency of follow-ups after initial contact.

‍Decide on next steps: If after a month you’re not satisfied with the results, let us know. We’ll refund your last month’s payment. However, if the system has been actively used and we’ve been sustaining the AI infrastructure costs, we ask that you do not expect refunds for several months of usage if you didn’t secure any business from the leads generated.

We understand that success with outreach can take time, and we encourage you to track and analyze the performance of the system month-to-month. After each month, you can decide whether to continue. Please note that running AI-driven prospecting requires real costs (in terms of AI reasoning and infrastructure), so we encourage clients to be mindful of their commitment as they evaluate the tool’s ongoing ROI.

In short, we aim to provide a risk-free way for you to test and benefit from our outreach system. If you feel the system isn’t meeting your expectations, we’ll refund your last month of service, but we also ask for reasonable expectations around factors that are outside of our control.

Yes, the AI Vanguard plan requires a minimum commitment of 3 months, and the AI Supremacy (Enterprise) plan requires a 6-month commitment. We do not require upfront payment for the full period, and if you’re not satisfied, we can discuss adjustments. However, for both the AI Vanguard and AI Supremacy plans, we expect clients to honor their 3- or 6-month commitments unless special conditions apply.

The AI Explorer plan allows you to try our tools and only pay for the number of organizations you want to target. However, the cost per organization can be high, which is why most users upgrade to the AI Pioneer plan for more cost-effective scaling. The pay-as-you-go model means that once the trial ends, you can purchase additional outreach capacity depending on your needs.

Yes, you can add additional users at an extra cost. Typically, we recommend only those involved in reviewing outreach statistics and conducting outreach be included under these plans. For larger teams, upgrading to a higher plan or adding extra users as needed can streamline the process.

We offer integration with almost any system using Make.com, Zapier, or custom APIs. For higher-volume throughputs, our own iPaaS platform can be implemented, allowing you to integrate seamlessly with CRMs, ERPs, and other key software systems. If you need a custom API or data management solution, we can build that for you.

The AI Supremacy plan is highly customizable. We prioritize developing features that can later be packaged and integrated into our core product, offering this at a competitive price. If you require something very specific, this will be agreed upon before the contract is signed. We will create a detailed roadmap to outline the business objectives and develop a tailored plan for business process automation and customization. Additionally, we offer the option of setting up a dedicated server with our tools on your infrastructure, giving you the freedom to customize it further.

Starting with the AI Pioneer plan, you will receive a dedicated support manager. For the AI Supremacy plan, we offer a dedicated team along with a project manager to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support.

After the commitment period, pricing can be adjusted depending on your usage. We’ll agree on a monthly payment to maintain access to the platform, or we can continue working with you on a time-and-material basis. If you require additional services, this will be discussed and incorporated into your ongoing plan.
