AINSYS offers access to integration connectors that allow users to link different systems and start streamlining data management easily.

Are you tired of manually transferring data between systems and wasting valuable time and resources on tedious, repetitive tasks? Look no further than AINSYS, the ultimate platform for system integration, and our connectors.

Our unique framework provides a range of revolutionary tools and a game-changing methodology to foster innovation and streamline operations of any scale. Our intuitive GUI empowers even non-technical users to set up data pipelines and automate workflows in just minutes, enabling real-time two-way data exchange between systems with APIs or even without them.

Our most popular tools include integration connectors that allow users to link different systems and start streamlining data management easily. It takes just a few simple steps to set up a smooth and efficient process for exchanging data between AINSYS and other systems. And the best part? Once you’ve implemented the connector, linking additional services will be even easier since the basis for integration has already been created.

To get accustomed to our system connectors, our specialists have created this detailed checklist on how to use one.

Integrating AINSYS and Google Sheets

Integrating AINSYS with Google Sheets is a simple process that can help you streamline your data transfer and management. To get started, you’ll need to connect your Google account (you can use your personal account or create a new one).

Once you have your account set up, follow these steps to get your integration up and running:

Step 1: Connecting Google Sheets

To connect Google Sheets, choose it from the list of available services and grant access to the app in the pop-up window.

Step 2: Setting up a connector and activating entities

After connecting Demo Google Sheets, the system will automatically create two entities in the connector for extracting and loading data, as well as a spreadsheet called AINSYS DEMO in your Google account. This spreadsheet will have two pages: Entity_extract and Entity_load.

Step 3: DataFlow

AINSYS will automatically create an extraction stream from the Entity_extract page to the Individuals entity. If you check the DataMap, you’ll be able to see which fields are being extracted. Right now, it’s just the Name field, but you can manage additional fields with different conditions and settings.

The same process occurs in the loading section, with data from the Individuals entity being transferred to the Entity_load page.

Step 4: Start the integration

After setting up the DataFlow and activating the entities, the integration is ready. The system will create two client data columns on the Entity_extract page – ID and Name – and will transfer names from Entity_extract to Entity_load.

With these simple steps, you’ll be able to set up a smooth and efficient data transfer process between AINSYS and Demo Google Sheets.

With AINSYS, you can save time and resources while streamlining your operations and fostering an innovation mindset throughout your organization. As evident from this checklist, integrating AINSYS with other services is a simple process that helps users set up a smooth and efficient data transfer process.
